Since
1996 'De Drie Koningen'
comprises six self catering apartments in the center of Bruges for visitors who want to stay
for short or long durations. Today the well preserved
14th century cellar has been renovated and
is turned into an
exclusive multifunctional cellar.
Make use of this cellar for your
reunions and family gatherings or simply to have breakfast or diner together
with your friends or family. If however you are organizing any
incentive or event for at
least 10 people then we might have some nice suggestions. If you

The 'Vergulde Fontein'
The
gothic rib vaulted cellar contains a 70 sqm multifunctional room and a 45 sqm lounge space,
kitchen and toilets.
It can
seat up to 32
persons and it can house approximately 50 persons standing. Furthermore
it is equipped with all new
technologies such as surround sound, flat screen TV,
DVD player and laptop computer.
The multifunctional cellar may be
adjusted to suit all your requirements.
The kitchen is fully equipped including full-size
refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven,
induction cooktop, toaster
& coffeemaker , dishwasher,
...
The cellar is a non-smoking area
Prices
The
'Vergulde Fontein' can be rented according to our self catering
formula. This means you are
free to use and organi ze the cellar to meet
your requirements. It also means you
can either cook yourself or have the food
catered.
Beers, drinks and wines however will be provided by 'De Drie Koningen'
at very reasonable prices.
Rates
The cellar is available for periods of 4 hours, daily, per midweek or
weekend.
During the week
During the weekends (Sat/Sun)
Prices are in Euro.
Residential
formula
A discount of 40% is given to
guests who are staying in 'De Drie Koningen'.
Weekend
/ Midweek formula
A discount of 40% is given to non- residential
who want
to rent the place for a weekend (Saturday
and
Sunday)
or a midweek (Monday -
Friday
morning).
Weekend : 290 euro
Midweek : 480 euro
Included
in the rate :
- use of the
cellar (multifunctional room, lounge/bar , kitchen and toilets)
- use of all the
equipment and kitchen utensils
- access to internet, music,
DVD player, home entertainment and computer
- water,
electricity and heating
- cleaning
Nevertheless
we ask
our guests to leave the
cellar in the same condition as they
found it.
Extra cleaning requirements
are charged at a rate of
15 euro/hour.
In
case of damage any additional costs will be charged.
To
guarantee our guests in 'De Drie Koningen' a good night sleep, we can't
allow parties being held in the cellar. Therefore music will only be
allowed till 11 PM.
