Step 1 : Availability and Prices

Have a look at our availability calendar first. There you will have an overview of the availabilities of our apartments. This calender is updated every day.

Step 2 : You want to know more ... 

If you need more information or you have more questions or concerns for us, then use our inquiry form. You can also send us an email.

As soon as possible (normally within 24 hours) we will confirm availability and rate by email and give you all the information you requested. Eventually we can give you some alternative options.

If you accept our offer and you would  like to proceed the booking procedure, send us an email back to d3kon@telenet.be to confirm or use our booking form

Step 3 : Start the booking procedure 

If you have all the information you need about our prices and availabilities, you can make a booking right away. You do this preferable with our booking form.

Step 4 : Confirmation

As soon as we receive your booking request or your approval to our offer we'll send you our written confirmation by email or by fax (at your convenience). We also send you more details concerning the property, the keys, deposit, cancellation policy, etc. 

Meanwhile we invite you to pay a deposit of 30 % of the total rent within two weeks. The moment we receive your deposit, your booking is final. 

Your file number will also be visible on a reservation list that can be consulted on the internet. 

Step 5 : Deposit

You can pay your deposit by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or by a Bank Transfer. Once the credit card has been authorized for payment or we received the bank  transfer, your reservation will be final and will be confirmed by email.

If you want to pay with your credit card we need your account number, expiry date and security code. You can fax or email this or simply call us.

Step 6 : Balance

At your departure you can pay the balance cash or by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) . Expenses due to telephone calls or damage will be charged also.
