Cancellations or changing your booking

You want to cancel your booking ?

If you want to cancel your reservation, send your request by email to d3kon@pandora.be. We remove your file number from our reservation list on the internet.

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental period, the 30% prepayment / deposit will be refunded on your credit card account (except for 5€ due to administration costs).

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the rental period, half of the prepayment / deposit will be refunded (except for 5€ due to administration costs).

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the rental period, the prepayment / deposit is not refundable. 

You want to change dates 

If you want to change dates, let us know as soon as possible. 

If you send us your request more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental period (and if available), then we send you a new confirmation. No expenses will be charged.

If you do this more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the rental period, half of the prepayment / deposit will be charged. 

Less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the rental period, the prepayment / deposit will be charged.
